Service contract
In a lab, DOWNTIME can be very crucial. That's why our Service contracts are flexible and are written to answer your specific needs. Everything can be defined in function of what you want, including:
- Duration of the contract,
- Response time (which is usually 48 hours),
- Number of preventive maintenance,
- Parts included or not.
PHYTRONIX DO NOT OFFER PRE-DEFINED SERVICE CONTRACT. YOU TELL US WHAT YOU WANT!
All instruments used by our company for repair, calibration and preventive maintenance own an official certificate of calibration provided by the National Institute of Standard and Technologies (NIST).
